Returns & Refunds
A clear review process for eligible returns, refund timing, and post-delivery support.
Return Eligibility
Eligible return requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Watches must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with all included boxes, cards, links, tags, and documents.
Inspection Before Refund
Returned watches are inspected for condition, serial or reference consistency, included accessories, and signs of use. Refund approval depends on the watch returning in the same condition supplied.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Bank and card provider timelines can vary after the refund is issued.
Excluded Items
Special orders, private sourcing deposits, altered watches, resized watches with missing links, and final-sale listings may be excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
